About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level support for homeowners using a booking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
- Manage cases, log interactions, and maintain accurate call histories.
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, handling modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalations.
- Analyze call data, share feedback, and keep up to date with platform changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
- Clear, empathetic communication under pressure.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
- Salesforce.
- Windows 11 or macOS 14 operating systems.
