About the role

MTN Cameroon is seeking a Manager to lead its Customer Value Management function within the Marketing environment. You will own the end‑to‑end governance of commercial strategy, campaigns and projects that drive customer value, retention and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement and monitor end‑to‑end Customer Value Management programs (plan, test, execute, measure, refine).
  • Coordinate BTL campaign effectiveness using customer intelligence and analytics.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that increase customer value and loyalty.
  • Manage cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with MTN’s mobile products and services.
  • Utilise CRM tools and Microsoft data‑analysis applications to track performance and generate insights.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Information Technology or Statistics.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in market‑basket analysis, value management or customer retention and loyalty.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience; telecom experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong commercial understanding and project‑management experience.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for data analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM tools; knowledge of Flytxt is an advantage.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior, segmentation, pricing methodology and marginal analysis.
