Data Researcher (English and French Bilingual)

About the role

We are a fundraising firm seeking a remote Data Researcher who is fluent in English and proficient in French. The role supports our donor outreach strategy by gathering and organizing detailed information on potential contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online research to collect publicly available data on prospective donors.
• Compile accurate contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses and social media profiles.
• Investigate business affiliations, philanthropic history and other relevant background information.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, online directories, government databases, search engines and AI tools.
• Organize findings into structured reports for internal use while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of research or administrative experience.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong asset.
• Highly detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable managing deadlines and working Monday‑Thursday, 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST.
