Digital Marketing & Content Operations Associate Internship

About the role

Mountain Hub is looking for a creative and organized Digital Marketing & Content Operations Associate to support one of its partner ventures in Yaoundé. The role combines content creation, social media management, and client‑focused marketing operations, giving the intern hands‑on experience with real‑world projects and modern digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics using Canva.
• Edit short‑form videos with CapCut for Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels.
• Maintain content calendars in Milanote and schedule posts via GoHighLevel.
• Support content planning, campaign execution and organization of marketing assets.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare simple reports.
• Assist with CRM updates, business automation workflows and client communication.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or holding an HND or Bachelor’s degree.
• Curious, dependable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Canva for graphic design.
• CapCut for video editing.
• Milanote for content calendar management.
• GoHighLevel or similar publishing platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered workflows and social media trends.
