Facade Construction Manager

About the role

The Facade Construction Manager will lead on‑site execution of façade and cladding projects, ensuring materials, installations and handovers meet quality, safety and schedule requirements. Based full‑time in Cameroon, the role coordinates closely with the client, consultants and the head office in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, control and manage materials for aluminium, steel and façade/cladding systems.
• Plan and supervise the installation of façade, curtain‑wall and cladding components.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and logistics to maintain workflow.
• Track progress against schedule and budget, preparing progress reports and payment applications.
• Liaise with client, consultant and head office to ensure alignment.
• Enforce compliance with quality, safety and method‑statement standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in façade, curtain‑wall or installation project delivery.
• Proven site management and subcontractor coordination experience.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to be based full‑time in Cameroon.
• Familiarity with FIDIC‑style contracts, shop drawings and progress billing.
