Field Agent – Daily Collector

About the role

The Legacy Investment Cooperative Credit Union (LICCU) is looking for a Field Agent to serve as a Daily Collector. The successful candidate will travel to client locations, interact with members on a daily basis, and collect payments on behalf of the credit union. This role is essential for ensuring that daily financial transactions are captured accurately and promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations to collect daily payments from customers.
• Accurately record each collection and submit reports to the central office.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring timely receipt of funds.
• Follow LICCU’s collection procedures and compliance guidelines.
