Finance Graduate Trainee

About the role

The Finance Graduate Trainee will support the Finance team with invoice verification, SAP data entry, accounting records and other routine accounting activities while gaining practical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness and supporting documentation.
• Enter and process accounting transactions in SAP.
• Assist with account reconciliations and follow‑up of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Support month‑end and other routine accounting activities.
• Ensure transactions comply with internal procedures and OHADA accounting principles.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Recent graduate with basic accounting knowledge.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and French.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and high integrity.
