Finance Manager – Cameroon

About the role

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance Manager to lead its finance team in Cameroon. This role will provide strategic financial leadership to support NRC’s humanitarian programmes across the Far North, Northwest, Southwest, East and Adamawa regions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a dynamic finance team responsible for budgeting, reporting and financial compliance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to ensure the effective use of resources for NRC’s programmes in legal assistance, water and sanitation, shelter and education.
• Ensure adherence to NRC financial policies, donor requirements and local regulations.

Required profile

• Experienced and dedicated finance professional with a background in humanitarian or development contexts.
