French Bilingual Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our client’s automotive and tire business as an outbound lead generation specialist. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume cold calling, qualifying prospects, and scheduling online demos for the Director of Business Development.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–200 outbound calls daily to car dealerships, tire retailers, and service centers across Canada, the US and Europe.
• Qualify prospects by asking standard questions about their tire storage operations and current processes.
• Book qualified online demonstrations with the Director of Business Development.
• Follow scripted dialogues and standard operating procedures for every interaction.
• Maintain daily call logs and tracking spreadsheets; assist with future CRM migration.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Source and build prospect lists using provided guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound or cold‑calling environments.
• Ability to handle rejection and sustain high call volumes.
• Bilingual French‑English capability, especially for Quebec outreach.
• Professional communication skills for international calling.
• Comfortable working independently from a home office with reliable internet.
