French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through voice calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and ensure successful resolution.
• Log every interaction accurately in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
