French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer-first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce systems.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
