About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and resolve customer inquiries calmly.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills
