Graphic Designer – Print Production (Douala)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Douala. The role focuses on producing high‑quality visual materials for print production while maintaining brand consistency and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for print items such as flyers, brochures, banners, and business cards.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to gather client requirements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Prepare final artwork files ready for print production.
• Stay updated on current design trends and software developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, print production, or digital marketing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Cameroonian nationality, aged 23–35.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite for print design.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from 80,000 to 120,000 XAF.
