Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach target brands, turning attention into sign‑ups, leads and customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, giving you full ownership of growth experiments across any channel.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, run campaigns and own results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing tactics and scale winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise funnels and landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear stories about performance.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
• Highly motivated to become an expert in growth marketing.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using modern tools to work more efficiently.
• Scrappy, self‑directed and able to figure out how to achieve goals without constant guidance.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.
