职位概况

负责DXER的中途招聘及组织建设，围绕业务增长制定招聘策略、岗位设计、入职培训及组织优化，推动公司在AI时代的持续发展。

主要职责

策划并执行中途招聘，包括岗位需求分析、招聘渠道管理、面试流程设计。
参与组织结构设计、角色定义及团队架构优化。
制定并完善入职培训与员工成长路径。
负责招聘宣传内容创作，提升公司雇主品牌形象。
与业务、技术团队及管理层协作，确保人力资源方案与公司战略一致。

任职要求

具备招聘及组织建设经验，能够从业务角度识别人才需求。
良好的沟通协调能力，能与跨部门团队有效合作。
对AI、数字化转型行业有基本了解或兴趣。

必备技能

招聘流程管理与候选人评估。
组织结构设计与岗位职责划分。
招聘宣传文案撰写与品牌传播。
