International Program Officer

About the role

The International Program Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Douala I. You will coordinate and support FBS’s international academic and executive programmes, acting as the main liaison between the school and its global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication and collaboration with partner institutions in Cameroon, Russia and other locations.
• Oversee programme calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling of international activities and immersion programmes.
• Facilitate student and faculty participation in international visits, Executive Weekends and other cross‑border events.
• Organise logistics for international delegations, travel, accommodation and on‑site arrangements.
• Assist marketing and outreach efforts for global initiatives.
• Maintain programme documentation, reporting and compliance with institutional and partner guidelines.
• Provide information and guidance to prospective and current students on international tracks and mobility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cross‑border partnerships through feedback and analysis.

Required profile

• Strong programme coordination and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multicultural environments.
• Competence in administrative and documentation tasks, including reporting and record‑keeping.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site, demonstrating initiative, reliability and teamwork.
• Experience or strong interest in international education, business schools or executive training; prior exposure to international partnerships is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or additional languages is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
