Internet Marketing Manager

About the role

The Internet Marketing Manager will lead the foundation’s online presence, creating and executing digital campaigns that raise awareness, drive participation, and support fundraising efforts. This full‑time, hybrid position blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns for programs, initiatives and fundraising activities.
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and community interaction.
• Coordinate email marketing, including list segmentation, design, deployment and performance analysis.
• Optimize website content for visibility, user experience and conversion.
• Monitor online reputation, responding to reviews, comments and public feedback.
• Track campaign metrics using analytics tools and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with program staff, fundraising teams and leadership to align messaging with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Strong background in online and digital marketing, preferably within non‑profit or social impact settings.
• Experience with social media management, email campaign execution and website promotion.
• Ability to handle online reputation management and respond professionally to community inquiries.
• Basic sales or fundraising knowledge to support donor conversion and program sign‑ups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organizational and time‑management skills suitable for a hybrid work environment.
