IT Support Specialist – Customer & System Support

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide prompt technical assistance to our customers, sales teams and internal users. The role ensures high system availability and contributes to continuous improvement of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer issues within agreed SLA and provide on‑demand technical support.
• Collaborate with system developers to identify and resolve emerging system problems.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve support efficiency.
• Generate and share system reports for various departments.
• Perform minor development tasks as assigned by the IT manager.
• Monitor IT systems to maintain 99.99% uptime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and French.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to work in shifts.

Required skills

• Object‑oriented programming concepts (Python, JavaScript, Node).
• Database management with MySQL.
• Linux server administration.
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
