Marketing Communication Intern

About the role

Ruula, a leading digital distributor of entertainment and educational content in Cameroon, is seeking a motivated Marketing Communication Intern to support its digital presence and promotional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft engaging copy for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok, and engage with community comments and messages.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform upcoming initiatives.
• Help maintain media lists, draft press releases, and compile media monitoring reports.
• Track key performance metrics for social media and web traffic using Google Analytics or native platform insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, eager‑to‑learn, creative mindset and a collaborative team player.
