Marketing Project Officer

About the role

SV Agency is seeking a Marketing Project Officer to keep influencer, content, SEO, design, social and copy projects moving smoothly for brands across Africa and Europe. The role is fully remote, serving clients from either Cameroon or Côte d'Ivoire.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage live campaigns, handling timelines, briefs, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate creators, designers, writers and media buyers to ensure seamless workflow.
• Track weekly KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, cost per result and conversion.
• Prepare monthly client reports summarising performance, costs and next steps.
• Optimize campaigns in real time by pausing under‑performing elements and scaling successful ones.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact in English or French.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing marketing or digital campaigns.
• Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and presentation skills in both languages.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis.
• Highly organized and proactive, able to chase tasks without waiting.
• Based in Cameroon or Côte d'Ivoire with reliable power and internet connectivity.

• Meta Ads platform.
• TikTok Ads platform.
• Spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
