Marketing Specialist – Property Maintenance & Janitorial Services

About the role

The Marketing Specialist at SMINT will drive promotion of the company’s property maintenance and janitorial services in the Buea region. Working on‑site, you will enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and support client retention through targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Create and update promotional materials such as flyers, social media posts, and basic website content.
• Manage local advertising platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research in Buea to identify opportunities and analyse competitors.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing messages with service offerings.
• Track campaign performance, prepare concise reports and recommend optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing planning and campaign execution, preferably in services or real‑estate sectors.
• Ability to produce clear, engaging content for various promotional media.
• Experience with local market research, customer insight gathering and competitor analysis.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
