Marketing Specialist – Technology Solutions

About the role

ANY TECH COMPANY LTD is seeking a proactive Marketer to promote its technology and engineering solutions across multiple sectors. Based in Bamenda, this full‑time, on‑site position will develop and execute campaigns that raise brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing strategies for B2B technology offerings.
• Create and manage content for digital (website, blogs, social media, email) and traditional channels (brochures, presentations).
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimise based on data insights.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IT, cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity or infrastructure.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Required skills

• Digital marketing (social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, online advertising).
• Lead generation and analytics.
• Content creation for web, blogs, presentations, brochures and sales collateral.
• Market and competitor research.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools and analytics dashboards.
