Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to transform concepts, scripts and static designs into engaging animated content. Working remotely, you will partner with our creative, marketing and video teams to produce high‑impact motion pieces that strengthen our brand across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Convert static assets, scripts and storyboards into dynamic motion graphics, kinetic typography and animations.
• Edit raw video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, overlays, sound design and color grading.
• Create visual assets optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), websites and email campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters and marketers, iterating designs based on feedback.
• Maintain an organized library of reusable motion templates and project files for recurring campaigns.
• Ensure all motion deliverables follow brand guidelines, aesthetic standards and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Video Editor or a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas constructively.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a workstation capable of handling heavy design and rendering workloads.

Required skills

• Adobe After Effects (expert level).
• Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable non‑linear editing software.
