Night Host – Front of House (Full‑time)

About the role

We are building a dynamic Front of House team for the launch of our new aparthotel. As a Night Host you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, handle billing and maintain accurate guest records.
• Welcome visitors, answer enquiries and provide local recommendations.
• Address feedback or complaints promptly, working with the Duty Manager to resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, co‑working spaces, roof terraces and event areas.
• Promote and upsell aparthotel facilities and services.
• Process reservations, emails and phone inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve any operational requests.
• Log handover details for the incoming host and ensure GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible shift patterns.
• Right to work in the UK.

What we offer

• Annual salary of £35,937
• Full‑time 10‑hour night shifts (10 pm‑8 am) on a 4‑on‑3‑off roster, including weekends
