Odoo Specialist – Full‑time in Douala

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Specialist to join our team in Douala on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The specialist will implement, customize and maintain Odoo solutions that support our clients' digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations.
• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules for inventory, sales, accounting, and CRM.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Train end‑users and create documentation to ensure effective adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design optimal business workflows.
• Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Odoo implementation, customization and administration.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as inventory, sales, accounting and CRM.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; French is preferred.
• Additional experience in digital transformation projects is a plus.
