负责在人才介绍业务中深度介入求职者和企业，提供本质匹配，追求高满意度和成交量。无硬性业绩指标，注重洞察用户深层需求。

主要职责

与求职者进行深入职业咨询，挖掘其潜在需求与职业可能性。
为企业提供候选人推荐，部分承担招聘顾问（RA）职责，包括职位介绍和条件谈判。
通过洞察分析提升匹配精度，推动成交。
参与业务模式优化，将个人成功经验转化为组织制度。

任职要求

1年以上人才介绍业务的职业顾问（CA）经验。
熟悉人才介绍业务模式，能够兼顾业绩指标与服务热情。
具备“以人为本”的价值观，能够站在用户角度寻找最优解。
具备良好的沟通与分析能力。

必备技能

人才介绍业务流程经验。
深度职业咨询与洞察能力。
基本的招聘谈判技巧。

年薪516万至700万日元，含基础工资与职务津贴。
