作为职业顾问（CA），在新业务的立ち上げ期担任核心成员，直接帮助求职者实现职业前进，同时参与业务整体推进。

主要职责

与求职者面谈，提供从咨询到入职的全程支持。
设计并优化业务运营流程与制度。
在团队内部提出改进建议并分享知识。
根据个人意愿和能力，承担团队管理职责。

任职要求

具备面向消费者的销售或接客经验，曾获MVP或成为顶尖销售者。
能够以“用户最佳方案”为核心，具备以人为本的价值观。
