职位概况
负责特注建材的采购、生产管理及供应链能力提升，通过结构化经验推动人机协同的生产体系建设。
主要职责
- 对接客户需求，协调生产合作伙伴，推进项目全流程（设计‑制造‑交付），优化质量、成本、交期（QCD）。
- 梳理并模块化工厂选型、价格决策、发订单等业务流程，提升供应链可复用性。
- 将现场信息反馈给产品与业务团队，参与新功能与运营模块的研发。
- 开拓新生产伙伴，完善受发订单流程及数据平台，构建供应链基座。
任职要求
- 具备采购或生产管理经验，熟悉供应链运作。
- 能够将日常判断结构化、模块化，推动流程标准化。
- 具备项目管理能力，能够在多方协作中把控进度与质量。
