我们在东京总部招聘具备1年以上人材介绍经验的职业顾问（候选领袖），致力于通过深度洞察实现高满意度匹配。

主要职责

为求职者提供全程职业辅导，挖掘深层需求。
部分承担招聘顾问（RA）职责，直接向企业推介候选人并进行条件谈判。
参与业务指标设计与监控，推动组织机制建设。

任职要求

具有人材介绍业务的职业顾问经验（1年以上）。
理解业务模型，能够兼顾数字责任与服务热情。
具备以用户最佳解为导向的“以人为本”价值观。

必备技能

无明确技术工具要求。

我们提供

年薪516万至700万日元（含基础工资、职务津贴及加班费）。
年两次晋升加薪、业绩奖金。
无强制业绩指标，专注深度匹配。
