职位概况

在Alumnote担任运营实习生，参与大型线上公益活动和学生平台的营销与运营工作。

主要职责

策划并执行“Giving Campaign”和“Cross Campus”等项目的营销策略。
负责SNS运营、内容制作及用户增长与留存方案。
进行大学及学生团体的走访宣传、活动策划与执行。
协助合作企业的对接、活动宣传及数据分析。

任职要求

在校大学生或研究生，热爱公益与学生生态。
具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神。
能够适应出差及灵活工作时间。

必备技能

熟悉社交媒体运营及内容创作。
具备基本的数据分析与用户访谈能力。
