Job description
职位概况
中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所公共技术服务中心面向社会招聘光刻工程师1名，负责光刻工艺相关仪器设备的管理与维护。
主要职责
- 操作紫外曝光系统、激光直写曝光、喷雾涂覆机、清洗系统等光刻设备。
- 开展光刻工艺流程的开发与优化。
- 负责仪器设备的日常维护、使用培训及预约管理。
- 推动仪器功能的升级与拓展。
- 完成领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 半导体、微电子、物理、材料等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
- 具备两年以上光刻设备实际操作经验。
- 良好的英语读写与沟通能力。
- 具备团队合作精神和服务意识。
- 为人正直、责任心强、能吃苦耐劳。
