职位概况
王龙飞课题组面向海内外招聘助理研究员、博士后，开展低维半导体材料物性及新型光电器件研究。
主要职责
- 开展低维半导体压电、热释电、铁电、挠曲电等物性研究。
- 研究压电（光）电子学、挠曲电（光）电子学及其应用。
- 开发新型光、电器件与智能传感技术。
任职要求
- 材料、物理、化学、信息等相关专业背景。
- 具备原子力显微镜或微纳加工技术经验者优先。
- 诚信勤奋，具备良好执行力、团队协作与沟通能力。
- 扎实的专业基础和实验技能，英语阅读写作能力强，已在SCI期刊发表论文。
必备技能
- 原子力显微镜操作
- 微纳加工技术
