职位概况
本职位负责土木建築設計領域的銷售工作，主要面向橋梁、道路及地下結構的設計服務，與大手總承包商、建設顧問及橋梁製造商等客戶溝通，承接公共事業設計委託。
主要职责
- 拜訪大手總承包商、建設顧問、橋梁製造商，推介公司結構設計服務。
- 根據客戶提供的工程細節，制定設計方案並進行報價。
- 維護既有客戶關係，持續開發新項目。
- 協調公司內部設計團隊，確保項目交付符合客戶需求。
任职要求
- 年齡25～45歲，專科以上學歷。
- 2年以上日本本土土木或建築相關工作經驗者優先。
- 日本、華人（中國大陸）或越南國籍。
- 具備土木、建築行業背景，銷售或技術支援經驗者佳。
- 接受未經驗者應徵，提供在職培訓。
必备技能
- 鋼橋設計、PC橋設計、橋梁下部基礎設計。
- 道路與地下結構物詳細設計。
- 動態解析與有限元（FEM）解析。

- 年薪400萬～600萬日元，定期加薪與加班補貼。
