About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by prospecting, closing leads, and shaping the sales strategy for our engineering machinery and heavy‑equipment portfolio. The role combines hands‑on sales execution with leadership of a growing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers, coordinating with sales representatives to generate qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, pipeline objectives, and collection goals.
• Track, report, and analyse all sales activities, maintaining up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Develop and implement a market‑driven sales strategy based on thorough market analysis.
• Coach, mentor, and support the learning and development of the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the engineering machinery or heavy‑equipment sector (e.g., mobile cranes, tower cranes, concrete equipment).
• Technical aptitude for understanding machinery specifications and applications.
• Strong knowledge of construction or heavy‑equipment industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
