职位概况

广东特福国际是全球瓷砖制造商之一，业务覆盖非洲、南美洲等海外市场。公司招聘国家总经理或副总经理，派驻非洲法语国家（如贝宁、布基纳法索、科特迪瓦、喀麦隆、塞内加尔等），要求熟练掌握法语和中文。

主要职责

  • 根据总部战略制定海外分公司经营战略，组织年度经营计划并落实
  • 统筹工厂税务管理，指导税务筹划并控制税务风险
  • 协调产供销环节，对接销售、产品开发、清关等事务
  • 统筹销售、生产运营、人事行政采购、仓库管理等职能及现场管理
  • 主持团队建设和内部规范，协调部门关系
  • 代表公司出席公关活动，建立政府高层关系，保障工程运营和生产安全

任职要求

  • 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限
  • 5年以上海外综合管理或经营管理经验，具备发展中国家管理经验
  • 具备外联管理及政府关系管理经验
  • 出色的谈判能力和领导力，能承受较大工作压力
  • 英语或法语可作为工作语言，接受海外常驻非洲
