职位概况
广东特福国际（全球瓷砖制造商，上市公司体系）招聘一名派驻非洲的中法双语人力资源经理，工作地点为贝宁、布基纳法索、科特迪瓦、几内亚、喀麦隆、塞内加尔等法语国家。公司深耕非洲多年，业务正从非洲向全球扩张。
主要职责
- 海外人力规划与人才配置，保障各业务团队人员到位并优化结构
- 薪酬福利、绩效考核、考勤管理及人力成本控制
- 员工全周期人事管理，维护劳资关系，处理劳动纠纷，规避合规风险
- 员工培训、文化宣导与人才梯队建设
- 对接国内总部HR部门，报送人力数据与报表，协同跨境人事管理
任职要求
- 熟练掌握法语和中文
- 熟悉或了解海外人力资源政策与劳工法规
- 出色的沟通协调能力，具备跨文化理解与适应能力
- 具备战略思维、执行力与团队合作精神
- 有海外工作经验者优先
