Operations Lead

About the role

The Operations Lead ensures the smooth, efficient and safe day‑to‑day functioning of the Enko Bonanjo campus. This role oversees facilities, logistics, procurement, security and compliance, creating a safe environment for students, staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily functioning, maintenance and cleanliness of school premises, ensuring classrooms, offices and common areas are operational.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and monitor utilities, equipment and other operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Manage procurement of goods and services, obtain quotations, monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Handle school logistics, including transportation, deliveries and equipment movements; maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
• Implement security measures, coordinate with security providers and support emergency preparedness.
• Support preparation and monitoring of the campus operational budget, track expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain operational records, contracts and licences; ensure activities comply with legislation and internal policies.
• Assist the Head of Campus with operational projects and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, facilities or logistics management.
• Previous experience in a school or educational institution is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, contractors and operational budgets.
