Performance Marketing Executive (French Speaking)

About the role

LemFi is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is fluent in French to lead paid acquisition for its fast‑growing African markets. You will own the full growth loop, from audience strategy to creative execution and performance analysis, driving user acquisition for a consumer mobile app.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads and emerging channels for French‑speaking African audiences.
• Develop and brief locally relevant creative assets (static, video, UGC) and maintain a continuous pipeline of high‑performing ads.
• Use AppsFlyer, dashboards and attribution frameworks to measure performance, allocate budget precisely and report actionable insights.
• Design and execute structured A/B testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and landing experiences.
• Collaborate with product, data and CRM teams to incorporate post‑install behaviour into acquisition strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate brief writing, creative iteration, audience research and performance synthesis.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition for consumer mobile apps.
• Proven track record of meeting CAC and growth targets.
• Native or fluent French speaker capable of briefing creators and reviewing copy.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn performance data into culturally resonant content.
