About the role

Compass Group USA is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to shape the guest experience across a high‑profile corporate dining portfolio that spans ten states. You will act as the storyteller, strategist, and brand steward, turning every interaction into a memorable moment for our clients and their guests.

Key responsibilities

• Curate dynamic client experiences that boost guest satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
• Develop and manage annual marketing plans that drive revenue growth for meal plans, retail, and catering services.
• Supervise and guide regional units in executing promotions, campaigns, and sales‑driving programs.
• Architect the storytelling approach for the region, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Partner with operators, cross‑functional teams, and community stakeholders to build impactful marketing programs.
• Measure and report on the impact of each initiative, adjusting tactics based on data‑driven insights.
• Travel approximately 30% of the time (air/car) and maintain on‑site presence at local accounts 3‑4 days per week.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience within foodservice, hospitality, or a related multi‑state environment.
• Ability to travel regularly and work on‑site at multiple locations.
• Strong strategic thinking and the capacity to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset with a focus on measurable results.
