About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and e‑commerce platforms.
