Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global remote team. In this position you will assist customers in French-speaking regions, delivering friendly, solution-focused service through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support platform.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Ability to work from a quiet home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar e-commerce support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
