Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English speaker to join our global support team from the comfort of your home. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve issues and ensuring a positive experience in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, remote team to achieve service goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM tools is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
