Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email, and phone while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via multiple channels.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
