Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. The SDR will focus on top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, identifying target accounts, and initiating contact through phone, email, and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and buying readiness using predefined methodologies.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
• Provide continuous market insight, including prospect objections, trends, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree certificate in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.
• High‑speed, reliable internet connection with an uninterrupted power backup.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
