About the role

AdoptTech Solutions is looking for a remote Sales Development Representative to drive business development and market expansion across African regions. This independent‑contractor position is commission‑based, offering flexibility and autonomy while you identify, engage, and close new client opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research target industries and assess market opportunities in the five African regions.
• Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and conduct outreach to prospective clients.
• Coordinate and deliver online meetings or presentations to showcase AdoptTech’s services.
• Maintain detailed pipeline records and report progress to the core team.
• Collaborate on strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth consulting, preferably with international or emerging‑market exposure.
• Strong market research and analytical abilities to evaluate opportunities and risks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with African business landscapes and cross‑cultural collaboration is a plus.
