Sales Manager – International Payments (Douala)

About the role

Capi is building the financial infrastructure for emerging markets and needs a dynamic Sales Manager to drive adoption of its international payments platform in Douala. You will combine sales and account management to help corporate customers make cross‑border payments efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate customers using existing and new channels.
• Guide prospects through onboarding, ensuring they understand and use the platform.
• Maintain relationships with active, inactive, and churned accounts to reactivate and upsell.
• Conduct outbound calls and field visits to trigger first‑time payments and support early adoption.
• Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, and provide feedback to improve the product.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
