Sales Representative – B2B Digital Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to expand our customer base and promote digital and business solutions to SMEs and small enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, presenting product demos, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new SME/TPE clients through calls, field visits, networking and other channels.
• Promote and sell digital, IT and telecommunications solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospects.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate terms.
• Close sales and follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer portfolio and record activities in the CRM.
• Participate in commercial events and business development initiatives.
• Gather client feedback and relay it to the technical team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, IT or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or commercial prospecting.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of the local market; familiarity with IT, telecom or digitalisation sectors is a plus.
• Fluent French and intermediate English.
