Sales Supervisor – FMCG (Nyaung Lay Bin)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will manage and grow sales and distribution for fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) across the Nyaung Lay Bin, Kyauktagar and Pyu territories. You will be responsible for achieving monthly targets, developing distributor relationships and coaching field sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales, distribution and coverage targets; monitor primary/secondary sales and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sub‑distributors (SDs), conduct business reviews and negotiate orders, stock levels and margins.
• Create and execute Monthly Coverage Plans (MCP), route plans and outlet coverage plans, closing any coverage gaps.
• Coach sellers on selling techniques, product knowledge, negotiation, outlet execution, distribution and market intelligence through regular field visits.
• Develop relationships with top wholesalers and key customers in each township, gathering market intelligence and identifying business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports; analyse sales, distribution, productivity and coverage using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and BO guidelines, escalating major issues promptly.
• Travel frequently across Nyaung Lay Bin, Kyauktagar and Pyu for market, customer, SD and seller visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; sales/marketing/business qualification is a plus.
• 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably with sub‑distributor or distributor management.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG sales, distribution and route‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent relationship‑management, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, business tracking).
