Senior Human Resources Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a part‑time, on‑site position based in Douala, responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment across Dicalo Consulting Group’s diverse service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Define role requirements, draft job descriptions and source candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain a talent pipeline, update recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Support selection, offer processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning, recruitment strategies and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven talent acquisition and recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Experience with HR processes such as onboarding, workforce planning and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Prior senior recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or multi‑industry consulting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR and recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, professional networks).
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations relevant to hiring in Douala.
