Senior Manager – Sales Operations, Enterprise Business Unit

About the role

The Senior Manager – Sales Operations will lead the Enterprise Business Unit’s sales enablement, solutions engineering, delivery and customer success functions. You will shape strategy, drive operational excellence and ensure seamless execution across the sales lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor direct reports, manage recruitment, onboarding and performance to achieve departmental objectives.
• Define and execute the enterprise sales enablement strategy, develop playbooks, tools and ensure disciplined CRM adoption.
• Lead Solutions Engineering, overseeing technical solution design, governance and hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Coordinate timely implementation of solutions, manage project risks and act as main point of contact for customers.
• Implement Customer Success Management framework, drive adoption, health monitoring and identify expansion opportunities.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to go‑to‑market, aligning product strategy with enterprise goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large, cross‑functional sales operations teams within a telecom or enterprise environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence suppliers, partners and internal functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
